ROBERT FRANK

Listed in Best Lawyers in America, Robert Frank received the prestigious Williamson Mentor Award from the 11,000 member American Immigration Lawyers Association at its National Conference. He has been accorded the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell as well.

Mr. Frank chaired both the New Jersey State Bar Immigration Section and the AILA Chapter in New Jersey. A frequent lecturer for the Federal Bar, Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and AILA, Mr. Frank has served as a professor at Montclair State University and a Trustee for both the New Jersey Immigration Policy Network and Community Health Law Project.

With 35 years' experience and a national reputation for handling extremely difficult matters, many cases led by Mr. Frank's firm have been published by the Board of Immigration Appeals, US Circuit and District Courts and the New Jersey State Supreme Court.
