6 Things You Need to Have For New Dream Act Deferred Action

1. Must be younger than 30.
2. Must have been brought to the U.S. before your 16th birthday.
3. Must have been in the country for 5 continuous years.
4. Must have no criminal history.
5. Must have graduated from an American high school, earned an equivalent degree or served in the U.S. military.
6. Must pass a government background check.
