Depending on the service as well as geography, you could be waiting anywhere from months to years! Here are some estimates in the most applied for immigration services.
- Green cards can take anywhere from 7- 33 months.
- Family Sponsorship processing takes from 6-12 months, or more.
- Employment-Based Visas processing could be from 1 year for visas with low demand TO 4 or 6 years for visas with very high demand.
- Green Card Through Marriage can take 10-13 months at minimum.
- Diversity Visa Lottery Winners are announced after seven months, and it can take many more months to receive your visa.
