Where is Your Immigration Office Located?

Our phones ring.
A member of our team answers.

One of the first questions the caller asks is “Where is your immigration office located?”
The clients live in New Jersey.
Or New York.
Or Pennsylvania.
And then there’s everyone else.

We field calls, and emails, from immigration clients all over the United States.
Moreover, I do telephone consultations with people in many countries, regularly.
I prefer to meet in person but I can always talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

So where is Our Immigration Law Firm, Harlan York & Associates, located?
Newark, New Jersey.
5 minutes from the train station.
10 minutes from the Immigration Service Office and Immigration Court in Newark, on foot.
10 miles from the Immigration Service Office and Immigration Court in New York.
Little more than an hour by car, from the only other Immigration Service Office in New Jersey.
90 minutes by car, from the Immigration Service Office and Immigration Court in Philadelphia.
Starting to get the picture?

By having our headquarters in Newark, we can easily access Immigration Service offices and Immigration Courts in three states.

The area that we cover is home to millions of immigrants.

With a GPS or a train, you can find us very easily.
And we also go anywhere else you need us.

For detention matters, there are four facilities in three counties within 15 minutes of our office.
These centers hold all of the immigrants that Immigration keeps in custody in the greater metropolitan area.

In the last two years alone, we have travelled to represent clients in Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, as well as Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Just thinking…
We have done hearings in Immigration Court by telephone in Texas, Louisiana, and Puerto Rico.
We have filed paperwork for clients in Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Nebraska, Wyoming …
