Another version inevitably goes like this: “I hired another attorney who said that he could handle my case, but it turned out that he did not concentrate in immigration law. Now everything is a mess.”

Sometimes they answer that they were trying to save money, although I typically charge less than many other attorneys.

It is very sad. I want to help everyone but I cannot.
